Please remember, that as a general rule, interior maintenance and repairs are the responsibility of each homeowner, unless the issue in question arises as a direct result of failure of an exterior mechanical or structural system or device.

Maintenance/repair of decks and rust removal/painting of A/C covers and gas piping is the owner's responsibility and obligation.

This form should also be used to report any issues that you feel should be resolved by the Association.
